Your Voice Matters!

The Board of Directors invites all members to attend our upcoming Town Hall Meeting.

This Town Hall is intended to provide members with an opportunity to share feedback, ask questions, and contribute ideas that will help shape the future of our organization. Whether you have suggestions for improvement, concerns you would like the Board to consider, ideas for next season, or positive feedback on programs and initiatives you would like to see continue and grow, we encourage you to participate.

Meaningful member engagement is essential to the continued growth and success of Soo Minor Baseball Association. Your perspectives help the Board make informed decisions that reflect the needs and interests of our membership.

To ensure the meeting is productive and respectful for everyone, we ask all participants to engage courteously, refrain from interrupting others, and focus on constructive comments, questions, and solutions that support the ongoing success of the Association.

To provide every member with a fair opportunity to be heard, this meeting will follow a structured speaking format rather than an open discussion. Members wishing to address the Board will be asked to register as speakers upon arrival. Each speaker will be allotted up to two minutes to present a question, comment, or concern.

Following the Town Hall, the Board will compile the feedback received and publish a summary of the meeting for the benefit of the membership.

We value your input and look forward to hearing your ideas as we continue working together to build a stronger future for Soo Minor Baseball Association.
